Share the Voice Leadership Team

President & Co-Founder

Lynda Graham is a married mom of 3 adorable heartwarming young boys currently residing in East Brunswick, NJ. As an entrepreneur and strong leader in volunteerism, Lynda is co-founder and President of Share the Voice, a non-profit organization providing disabled children their own personal adaptive tricycles to enhance quality of life. Lynda is also Executive Team Secretary of League of Yes, a non-profit organization providing special needs children the opportunity to play baseball regardless of their abilities. Along with her sister-in-law, Lynda is co-owner of Capcy, a liquidation and retail sales company.

 

Previous employment included Human Resource Generalist and Administrative Assistant at Wendy’s International and Performance Assessor at Aon Inc. Lynda has extensive experience with performance assessment, employee relations, recruiting, assessment and selection, and project management. She also has a strong background in behavior management, individual and group therapies, stress and anger management, and co-dependency in both in-patient and out-patient psychiatric care settings.

Lynda has achieved her Master of Arts degree from Hofstra University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  Bachelor of Science was attained from York College of Pennsylvania in Therapeutic Recreation studies.

Regional Director of New York & Co-Founder

Lori Flavin is a lifelong resident of Suffolk County, and a graduate of Sachem High School.  Upon graduation, she attended York College of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  Shortly after graduation, Lori obtained a position with Cablevision from 2000 – 2013 focusing on human resource management and compliance.

 

Ms. Flavin was previously employed with FCE Resources, LLC as an Administrative Coordinator focusing on human resources and is currently employed at a Human Capital Management company on Long Island.

 

Lori is the Regional Director of New York for Share the Voice, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of Children with Special Needs.  Lori feels passionate about helping these children achieve their goals…and more!

Treasurer

Kristeen Coffey is a lifelong resident of Long Island, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John's University as well as a Paralegal Certificate.  Kristeen has extensive experience in the Human Resources/Legal field in which she executed employment offers and contracts to candidates nationwide.  She was a store manager employed with Sun & Ski Sports and is currently employed with H2M in he accounting department.



Kristeen has previous experience with fundraising by being involved with the National Kidney Foundation and participating in their annual walk-a-thons raising money to raise awareness for kidney disease.

Secretary

Allison White is a resident of Farmingdale where she resides with her husband and two daughters and is a member of the 1993 graduating class of Massapequa High School.  She attended the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design.  She has honed her design skills in the travel and publishing industry before bringing them to the design build community.  She has extensive background in marketing for various engineering and architecture firms and is currently part of the marketing team at Toscano Clements Taylors Cost Consultants.

Events Coordinator

Jaclyn is a resident of Old Bridge, NJ where she resides with her husband and two energetic dogs.  She attended Montclair State University and earned a Bachelor of Science with a dual degree in Marketing and Leisure and Tourism studies.  She currently works in the direct mail and email marketing industry for ForwardPMX.  

 

Jaclyn was eager to get involved and start helping to plan events in the New Jersey area.  She is always looking to plan fun and successful events that will help Share the Voice bring joy to all of the tricycle recipients.

Physical Therapist

Alison is a mom of 2 beautiful children, living in Old Bridge, NJ.  She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University) and loves being a physical therapist.  She has been working with children with physical and cognitive challenges for 10 years and loves being able to make a positive impact in their lives. She currently works in a school setting as well as part-time in an outpatient setting.  

 

Alison was so eager to assist with Share the Voice’s transition to New Jersey.  She works closely with her sister Jaclyn Kovach to plan exciting events for the NJ chapter and loves working with families to ensure their child’s new tricycle is a perfect fit! 

Assistant Treasurer

Christine resides in New York City and is employed as an accountant. She brings much experience to our team with task organization, financial reports and data implementation.

James Graham

Consultant

James Graham brings his clients a valuable combination of skill and experience gained on both sides of the fundraising desk.

 

A seasoned philanthropy professional, James has held senior Development positions with North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, Xaverian High School, Molloy College, Lustgarten Foundation and St. Joseph's College in addition to leading other fundraising initiatives that included capital campaigns, annual funds, major donor giving and a national walk program. James held the position of Board Chair for the League of Yes and was also a coach for the league.



James was a sales leader for two separate national donor recognition companies where he cultivated a large and loyal clientele as a result of his commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

 

James currently resides in East Brunswick, NJ with his wife and three children where he is the Regional Director of Development at Rutgers University Foundation. James consults Share the Voice utilizing his many areas of background and expertise.

Amazing Volunteers

Christine Astarita

New York Physical Therapy Consultant

Christine is a Physical Therapist and owner of Breakthrough Intensive Physical Therapy, working with children and adults with neurological diagnoses.  She opened Breakthrough PT to practice her passion in hopes to change the lives of the special needs community and help them to become as independent as possible practicing unique and advanced treatment methods. Christine has completed certification in Intensive Physical Therapy as well as Sibshops, a program providing recreational support to the siblings of special needs children. She also offers parent support groups and trainings to provide support for the whole family. Christine is extremely passionate and committed to not only helping these children and young adults achieve their functional goals, but improving the quality of their lives.

 

In her spare time, Christine loves fundraising for non-profit organizations involved in the special needs community through running marathon races. She loves anything active including hiking and walking her dog, Chance.

John Quinn

Storage & Transport Coordinator

Soon to be retired, John is the owner of JQ Cleaning Enterprises and manages numerous medical buildings in Great Neck, NY.

His grandson, little John, is the shining light behind Share the Voice.
